MILFORD, DE— A 57-room AmericInn Lodge & Suites, located at 699 North Dupont Highway here, has opened, giving the Chanhassen, MN-based franchisor its 198 franchised location, which is held by Milford Lodging, LLC, owned by Ted and Ann Watkins. John Cannon is serving as general manager of the property. The AmericInn of Milford offers high-speed Internet access; oversized guestrooms and specialty suites with extended-stay, whirlpool and fireplace accommodations; expanded pool; and whirlpool.
