JACKSON, MN— The AmericInn Lodging System celebrated a milestone on June 30 with the opening of the chain’s 200th location. The property is a 52-room AmericInn Lodge & Suites owned by KAAT Development, LLC and managed by Three Rivers Hospitality, LLC. Premiering in the early 1980s and formally organized as a franchise in 1984, the AmericInn Lodging System plans to maintain a steady pace of development and expects to reach 300 locations by 2007, according to Arnold Angeloni, CEO of AmericInn International, LLC. The chain now has 10,604 guestrooms in 21 states.
