According to Bob Slater, AH&MA convention chairman and vice chairman and president, Southern Hospitality said the return of the trade show was a result of the demand from industry suppliers and past show attendees who ?shop for new products and services and meet with vendors face to face to learn which products are right for their staff and property.?
