Dallas’ Hall Arts Hotel Joins Crescent Hotels & Resorts Latitudes Collection
The new Hall Arts Hotel, which opened its doors in the Dallas Arts District in December 2019, has joined Crescent Hotels & Resorts’ Latitudes collection. Based in Fairfax, VA, Crescent Hotels & Resorts is an operator of major hotels and resorts throughout the United States and Canada.
Hall Arts Hotel is the first hotel to open in the Dallas Arts District. Designed by HKS Architects with interiors by Bentel & Bentel, Hall Arts Hotel has 183 guestrooms, a rooftop pool, a contemporary art collection, a fitness center, food and beverage outlets and more than 6,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.
Crescent to Manage AC Hotel Fort Worth
AC Hotel Fort Worth has hit some key milestones on its way to a planned early fall opening. This includes the selection of its leadership team—operating company, general manager and director of sales and marketing. The 252-room, 16-story AC Hotel Fort Worth is owned and developed by Jackson-Shaw, a national real estate company headquartered in North Texas.
Crescent Hotels & Resorts will manage the property, with Aaron R. Oquendo as AC Hotel Fort Worth’s general manager and Jillian Lehmann the director of sales and marketing.

Crestline Hotels & Resorts Expands Managed Portfolio with Four Additional Hotels
Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC has added four hotels to its portfolio:
- The 123-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton San Antonio-Northwest, San Antonio
- The 124-guestroom Hampton Inn Memphis-Poplar, Memphis, TN
- The 119-guestroom Hampton Inn State College, State College, PA
- The 123-guestroom Hampton Inn Detroit/Madison Heights/South Troy, Madison Heights, MI
The Homewood Suites by Hilton San Antonio-Northwest is close to the San Antonio International Airport and the Riverwalk. This extended-stay hotel has a business center, fitness center, swimming pool and a 510-sq.-ft. meeting room.
The Hampton Inn Memphis-Poplar is close to Memphis International Airport, Germantown, Midtown and Downtown. The property has a business center, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a 468-sq.-ft. meeting room.
The Hampton Inn State College is close to Penn State Campus in Happy Valley, the Bryce Jordan Center and Beaver Stadium. The hotel has a business center, a fitness center and an outdoor pool, as well as an 864-sq.-ft. meeting room.
The Hampton Inn Detroit/Madison Heights/South is close to the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, downtown Detroit, Ford Field (home of the Detroit Lions) and Comerica Park. The property has a business center, an outdoor pool and a 552-sq.-ft. meeting room.
