RLHC to Make Debut in Jacksonville, FL

SPOKANE, WA—RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) has signed a franchise license agreement to open a new Red Lion Hotel in Jacksonville, FL, next month.

The Red Lion Hotel Jacksonville, located at 4700 Salisbury Rd., is off I-95 and seven miles from the University of Northern Florida. Nearby attractions include EverBank Field, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Verde Beach and historic St. Augustine. The hotel features 167 guestrooms, a restaurant and bar, outdoor pool, meeting area, business center and fitness center, in addition to complimentary WiFi.

“The brand’s reputation and property enhancements align seamlessly with our ongoing pursuit to provide our Jacksonville guests enhanced comfort and convenience, including the signature RLHC amenities,” said Alex Fawaz, general manager.

“Our strategy for expansion along the East Coast continues to pay off,” said Brian Quinn, RLHC SVP and chief franchise officer. “We are proud to have a presence in this exciting destination and look forward to serving sun-seeking travelers.”
