SAN ANTONIO, TX—The 128-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott is set to open here on May 12.
Located at 18119 Talavera Ridge, the SpringHill Suites San Antonio Northwest at The Rim will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by RIM SHM, Ltd. and managed by Propel Management LLC. Situated 15 miles from San Antonio International Airport and a short distance from downtown, the hotel is accessible to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera and the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Every aspect, from furniture and lighting to colors and fabrics, has been selected to offer calm and refreshing spaces, according to the company. Guestrooms feature separate living, working and sleeping spaces. A trundle bed is available for additional guests. Bathrooms include modern touches, such as a marble-top vanity, iridescent tile walls and creative lighting features. In addition, there is a desk with ergonomic chair, complimentary WiFi in the lobby and high-speed internet access in every suite.
The hotel also offers daily complimentary hot breakfast, business services, same-day dry cleaning, guest laundry facilities, a shuttle service, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. The property provides 390 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate meetings and functions of up to 12 people. The suites also feature the Enseo Platform, complete with Pandora, YouTube, Netflix, Crackle and Hulu.
