NANUET, NY—DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet, a 156-room hotel converted from a Comfort Inn and Suites, has opened here. The hotel completed a multimillion-dollar renovation that includes a total redesign of the lobby, updated guestrooms and revamped public areas.
DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet is owned by Rockland Hospitality Associates, LLC and is managed by Palisades Lodging Corp.
The four-story DoubleTree showcases a new design featuring granite and marble accents. Amenities include WiFi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guestrooms, a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour fitness center, indoor solarium-style pool with retractable roof, indoor hot tub and outdoor sun deck. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service within a five-mile radius Monday through Friday.
A new restaurant, Windsor Grille Bar and Lounge, features locally sourced ingredients; meeting space is available.
