FOR MILL, SC—FM Hotels, LLC, a joint venture including Warren Norman Co., Inc., Central Realty Holdings, and Belmont Land & Investment Co., of which Strand Development is a subsidiary, in June will open a new-build Hampton Inn & Suites here at I-77 and Highway 160.
The 102-room property is one of the first Hamptons in the Southeast to open with the Forever Young Initiative in which the property will feature enhanced technology, the Clean White Bath, streamlined casegoods, enhanced exterior with an updated porte cochere design, and other features the brand redesigned to appeal to contemporary travelers.
