MOUNTAIN VILLAGE, CO—JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has arranged the sale of Hotel Madeline Telluride in Mountain Village, CO. An affiliate of Northview Hotel Group, LLC purchased the ski resort. In addition, JLL secured acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
Hotel Madeline Telluride features 100 hotel condominiums, 60 residential condominiums and 10 employee condominiums. Amenities include a luxury spa and fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub and steam room, ice skating rink, outdoor retail plaza and a 4,000-sq.-ft. meeting center.
