PHOENIX—GrandStay Hospitality, LLC named Multi-Systems, Inc.’s MSI CloudPM to be the preferred cloud property management system for its new construction hotels.

The GrandStay Chisago in Minnesota was the first new-build property in the chain of 26 existing hotels to deploy MSI CloudPM. According to the company, the MSI cloud PMS solution offered a low investment with remote deployment and training and no upfront costs.

Jon Kennedy, President of GrandStay Hospitality, LLC stated, “We witnessed the benefits and value of an above-premises property management system in MSI CloudPM. As a current customer of MSI NiteVision, we had peace of mind knowing MSI offers stable products and secure services. This new cloud technology is a perfect fit for GrandStay, especially our new construction hotels.”

“‘MSI is very easy to use’ was heard from our front desk associates after their first day in training,” stated Brenda Yearley, area manager of CBM Hospitality, the management company overseeing the Chicago GrandStay hotel project. “Overall, we were very pleased with the training provided.”
