NEW YORK–– Kelco/FB Winecoff, LLC, based here, has selected Boulder, CO-based Benjamin West to handle the furniture, fixtures and equipment purchasing for the renovation of The Ellis Hotel in Atlanta. The 127-room historic, independent boutique hotel plans to renovate all of its guestrooms, corridors and public spaces. Completition is slated for July 2007.
