Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) has taken over management of two properties in the suburbs of its hometown of Atlanta. The company has added five hotels in the city in the last 60 days, bringing the company’s Atlanta-based portfolio to 12 out of 52 hotels nationwide and the 10th new hotel transaction since July.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta—Roswell
The 174-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta—Roswell borders Alpharetta, GA, in the North Atlanta suburb of Roswell. Local area attractions include Historic Downtown Roswell, the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Park, Avalon and the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre.
Hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, a fitness center, shuttle service within five miles, a business center, complimentary WiFi and more than 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. F&B outlets include Dogwood Café and the Dogwood Lounge.
The property was recently acquired by RADCO.

The 344-room Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center, located in the northern Atlanta suburb of Dunwoody, recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation to upgrade the hotel’s exterior, 18,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and guestrooms.
The hotel provides a full-service fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools and The Greatroom dining establishment. Rooms are equipped with complimentary WiFi access and oversized work areas.
Nearby attractions include SunTrust Park (home of the Atlanta Braves), the Perimeter Mall and Mercedes-Benz Stadium (home of the Atlanta United and Atlanta Falcons).
