RALEIGH, NC—The Residence Inn Raleigh Downtown has opened here. Located at 616 South Salisbury St., the 175-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Summit Hospitality Group Ltd.
The property is situated in the Raleigh Downtown Business District, next to the Raleigh Convention Center and across from Duke Energy Performing Arts Center. A mix of retail, restaurants and live music venues are nearby.
Accommodations include studio, one-bedroom and one-bedroom corner king suites—some with balconies—as well as connecting rooms that create a two-bedroom suite option.
