YAKIMA, WA—The third My Place Hotels has broke ground here, marking the brand’s sixth hotel in the Pacific Northwest. Construction will soon begin on the three-story, 64-room hotel at 21 South 18th St. and it is expected to open approximately six months afterward.

Guestrooms will have a kitchen with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a full refrigerator. The property is also pet-friendly, includes on-site laundry facilities, complimentary internet service and a 24-hour My Store, located in the hotel lobby and stocked with an array of supplies.

My Place Hotel-Yakima, WA is independently owned by Thind PMR Enterprises IV Inc. Owners Raja and Minnie Thind embark on their first My Place venture with nearly 30 years of collective retail experience and share more than 13 years of experience within the hotel industry.

The property will be accessible to the city’s downtown area, Yakima Speedway and a variety of dining and retail options.
