ATLANTA—The AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown is set to open here in May, following a renovation of the property. Led by Peachtree Hotel Group and AC Hotels, the 255-room hotel is located at 101 Andrew Young International Blvd. The property is close to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Phillips Arena and the College Football Hall of Fame, in addition to a variety of restaurants, nightlife options, tourist destinations and office buildings.

Design elements in the guestrooms include hardwood floors, open floor plans and spacious bathrooms. Upon opening, the hotel have a 24-hour health and fitness studio, an activated outdoor patio and swimming pool and an enclosed Zen garden with greenery walls. In addition, there are communal spaces built for work, play and more.
Exclusive F&B offerings include two distinct dining spaces. The AC Kitchen will offer a variety of European-inspired hot breakfast items and AC Lounge provides a communal gathering space by day and social hub by night with cocktails and snacks.
