NEWPORT NEWS, VA—Mumford Company has promoted Burton Brooks and Justin Pinkard to principals of the firm.

Brooks has been with Mumford Company since 2006 and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. In addition to his individual practice within the firm, he has been integral in spearheading an ongoing, multi-unit disposition program for large institutional clients, according to the company.
Pinkard is based in the firm’s Washington, DC, office and also joined Mumford Company in 2006. He has held several different roles during his tenure, including analyst and sales associate and has been involved in valuation analysis, market research and preparation of property offering packages along with execution of corporate marketing initiatives.
