DULLES, VA—Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) has completed the $14-million renovation of Dulles Airport’s 327-guestroom Crowne Plaza Hotel, managed by SharCon Management Company.

The management company made enhancements to the seven-story structure, including a new design, highlighting marble and graphic felt wallcoverings; a double-sided fireplace; a new lobby with a Starbucks marketplace; and a new guestroom design. Additionally, the front entrance to the hotel opens to Houlihan’s Restaurant and Bar. The wall is covered with a faux metal to provide more room to flow into the restaurant.

The property is near Worldgate Center and Dulles International Airport. It is located at 2200 Centreville Rd. in Herndon, VA.
