KANSAS CITY, MO—U.S.-based private real estate investment and development firm Laurus Corporation has completed a $10-million renovation of the Hilton Kansas City Airport Hotel here. The overhaul revamped all areas of the hotel, providing Art Deco influences incorporating deep brown, gray colors and neutral tones, according to Laurus. The upgrade included a complete refresh of the restaurant and bar under the Asado Grill brand.

All 347 guestrooms and guest bathrooms are completely renovated, with new carpeting, stonework, artwork and. Three ballrooms offer 21,000 sq. ft. of total meeting space. The largest meeting room accommodates up to 700 people in a theater-style setting, while the smallest meeting room can fit up to 12. The hotel also offers a newly renovated indoor/outdoor pool and lounge.
