Zoho Opens Customer Service Center

SUNNYVALE, CA Zoho Corp., an on-line marketplace for the hospitality industry, expanded its customer service capabilities with the opening of its Zoho Customer Service Center.

Available 24 hours a day, the new Zoho center will provide support for the companys growing base of properties and suppliers through a single point of contact.

The new service center will also house world-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software that will enable each Zoho service representative to quickly retrieve profile, historical data, and problem/resolution information on every Zoho customer. (2/8/01)
