DALLAS— Wyndham International will brand and manage its fifth Wyndham hotel in the New Orleans area with the addition of the 189-room Wyndham Metairie, expected to open in January 2002. The new hotel is owned by the Metairie Hotel Investors Limited Partnership. The new hotel will feature a 7,000-square-foot ballroom and 2,000 additional square feet of meeting space. Other features include a restaurant, lobby bar and business center.
