DALLAS— Wyndham International said it has sold the Ramada Inn and Conference Center in Nashville, TN to a joint venture between Montclair Hotel Investors and Oaktree Capital Management for $8.4 million. Net proceeds from the sale will be used to pay down debt. Fred Kleisner, Wyndham chairman/CEO, said this deal represents Wyndham’s 16th asset sale agreement in the past two months, and reflects the company’s goal of selling off non-strategic assets. Wyndham is retaining its two proprietary-branded hotels in Nashville: the Union Station-A Wyndham Historic Hotel and the Wyndham Nashville Airport.
