BEVERLY HILLS, CA— Rebecca Wyatt has been promoted to senior vp/electronic distribution and customer relationship management for Hilton Hotels Corp. She most recently served as vp/brand integration and will continue to report to Bala Subramanian, senior vp/distribution and brand integration. In her new position, Wyatt will be responsible for Hilton’s brand website design and functionality, as well as overall responsibility for Customer Relationship Management strategy and execution to enhance cross-brand loyalty among the company’s most valuable customers. A 26-year hospitality veteran, Wyatt began her career in the industry at the Memphis Convention Center. In 1980 she joined the Peabody Hotel as convention services manager, moving into sales and national sales over the next five years. After serving as national sales manager for Swissotel’s regional sales office in Chicago, Wyatt returned to Memphis in 1988 to head the Hampton Inn Field Marketing Team at the former Promus Hotel Corp. From 1988 to 2000 she worked closely with the marketing, sales and e-commerce areas for the former Promus brands and was promoted to senior director of central marketing services. She has played a role in the integration of cross-brand initiatives between the Promus and Hilton brands after the 1999 acquisition of Promus by Hilton Hotels Corp.
