ST. LOUIS – Wolfgang Wildoer, a 25-year hospitality industry veteran, has been named general manager of the Adam’s Mark St. Louis hotel. Wildoer comes to Adam’s Mark from the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo, NY, where he held positions as general manager and as food and beverage director. Prior to that, he served as food and beverage director, executive chef, and executive sous chef at Hyatt Regency hotels in Chicago, Los Angeles and Dearborn, MI. He began his career as a chef with the Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg, Germany. The Adam’s Mark St. Louis has 910 guestrooms and suites and more than 76,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The hotel is currently undergoing a $10 million refurbishment of guestrooms.
