ORLANDO— The Westin Grand Bohemian here was named number one in guest satisfaction in North America for a total of four months in 2001 by J.D. Powers & Associates. The 250-room property received the top rating for the months of July, August, September and December. The luxury property in the downtown area is owned and managed by the Kessler Enterprise/Grand Theme Hotels of Orlando, with Starwood Hotels and Resorts providing sales, marketing and brand support through a franchise agreement.
