ORLANDO— The Westin Grand Bohemian has been rated number one in guest satisfaction for December 2001 by J.D. Powers & Associates. The 250-room property previously had been selected in July, August and September 2001 as number one in guest satisfaction in North America by Westin Select. The hotel is owned and managed by The Kessler Enterprise/Grand Theme Hotels, based here, with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide providing sales, marketing and brand support via a franchise agreement. The Westin Grand Bohemian has also received other citations during its first year of operation, including being named “Best Luxury Hotel in Orlando” by Citisearch.com.
