HOLLYWOOD, FL— The 1,000-room Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa here has added a top chef to its staff. Marvin Woods is the new Chef du Cuisine of the resorts signature restaurant, Hollywood Prime, which combines a steakhouse concept with fine dining, noted the resort. Woods 20-year experience includes stints at The Sea Grill at Rockefeller Center and the late Windows on the World in New York. He also held the same position at Anson restaurant in Charleston, SC, and was the executive chef at the National Hotel in South Beach, FL.
