PARK CITY, UT Westgate Resorts, the largest privately held timeshare company in the world, broke ground today for a 270-unit 5-star luxury resort at the core of The Canyons Village in Park City, Utah. Westgate partnered with American Skiing Company for this project, which includes 25,000 square feet of retail space, a world-class spa, heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, and a private club for our owners. The current construction schedule will permit Westgate owners to occupy their units in time to enjoy the upcoming Winter Olympic Competitions, which begin in February 2002.
