WHEELING, WV— The McLure City Center Hotel of Wheeling, WV, has been sold to an investor from Texas. The Mumford Group represented the seller, Bayview Financial Corp., in the deal. This is the third hotel disposition Mumford has made on the behalf of Bayview Financial. The new undisclosed owner of the McLure City Center Hotel plans to invest significant resources in renovating and repositioning the historic hotel in order to recapture its past market prominence.
