LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL— Anthony Porcellini has been promoted to food and beverage director at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel. In his new position, Porcellini will oversee more than 700 employees, 17 food and beverage outlets, and banquet and catering operations. Porcellini’s career includes more than 13 years of service at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel. He has served as restaurant manager and most recently was assistant director of food and beverage. During his tenure at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel, Porcellini helped obtain wine sommelier certifications for several members of the food and beverage staff. He also helped establish two new celebrity venues at the hotel including Todd English’s bluezoo and Shula’s Steakhouse.
