LAKE LAS VEGAS, NV— Part of a Hilton Grand Vacations project being developed here will fly the Waldorf-Astoria flag, a first for the Hilton luxury brand. Overall, the Hilton Grand Vacations development here will include 200 HGV timeshare units plus 50 fractional Waldorf-Astoria units. The 17.5-acre lakefront project overlooks the 17th hole of a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and is scheduled to open in 2009.
