PHOENIX, AZ— WageWatch, the web-based surveyor of industry compensation and benefits, has expanded into two more hotel markets— Orlando, FL and Washington, D.C.— increasing the number of hotels participating in its on-line benefits and compensation poll. Specifically, the Hotel Human Resource Association (HHRA) of Central Florida as well as the HHRA of Washington, D.C. endorsed WageWatch for use by their respective members. As set up, all survey subscribers must enter their company’s compensation and benefits data into the on-line system in order to generate reports, which reflect comparison data of at least five or more competitors in the surrounding area or region. The system is designed to allow subscribers to cross-reference their hotel’s benefits and compensation data to that of other hotels in their competitive set on any date and at any time, within minutes.
