TUKWILA, WA The Towne and Country Suites here added T-3 broadband Internet access, which makes it the first extended-stay facility in South King County to offer the service. High-speed Internet access is not readily available in the area, so the property accessed the T-3 Internet connection via satellite in order to cater to the needs of business travelers visiting the Seattle area. T-3 Broadband Internet access gives guests to a secure, high-speed 3.5-megabyte per second connection, said to be 60 times faster than the average 56K connection. (2/19/01)
