TORONTO— VISA USA has validated SpaSoft Version 3.0 as compliant with its card information security program (CISP) best practices. SpaSoft is produced by PAR Springer Miller Systems, Inc., based in Toronto. VISA, in collaboration with MasterCard, has incorporated the CISP standards into an industry-wide program known as the payment card industry data security standard.
