FAIRFIELD, N.J.— Douglas Vicari, senior vp/CFO of Prime Hospitality Corp., will resign from the company and relinquish his board of directors seat effective Thursday June 26. Richard Szymanski, vp/finance, will assume CFO duties until a successor is found. In a brief statement, A.F. Petrocelli, Prime president/CEO, said: “We appreciate Dougs contribution as CFO and wish him continued success as he pursues new career opportunities,” Vicari joined the company in 1986 and “was an instrumental member of the management team that led Primes restructuring in the early 1990s,” according to Petrocelli.
