MIAMI— Vector Holdings announced a letter of commitment was inked by Old Standard Life Insurance Company in Spokane, WA for $6.5 million. The new commitment of funds will be used for the acquisition of the companys first hotel property. Through this acquisition, Vector Holdings will now be on track with the strategy of targeting and acquiring boutique hotel properties within the South Beach, FL area.
