VANCOUVER The Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay is looking to revitalize its revenues by undergoing a facelift. But first, the hotel s owner, Hilton Hotels Corporation, must restore the faith of area residents and travelers. For three consecutive years the site has seen its annual revenues decline.
