CHICAGO—Ultima Hospitality has appointed Diane Fox as SVP, asset management. Fox joins the Ultima Hospitality team after leading Clarion Partners’ hospitality asset management division.
Fox has experience in the many areas of hotel real estate. She has worked with and led business units in acquisitions, development, asset management, portfolio management and dispositions. As SVP of asset management, Fox will be directly responsible for Ultima Hospitality’s entire portfolio management. Her efforts will include the creation and execution of annual business plans for each asset. She will be linked closely with operations to provide guidance and assistance with development, property acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to accepting her current role with Ultima Hospitality, Fox was VP of management development for Hilton Hotels Corporation. A veteran of the real estate industry for nearly 20 years, she has held positions with CNL Hospitality Corp; Marcus Hotels & Resorts; Lend Lease Real Estate Investments; and Georgia Institute of Technology’s Economic Development Institute.
