LONDON—Danat Hotels & Resorts is deploying Nor1’s eStandby upselling product in an effort to help its upscale hotel portfolio realize thousands of dollars in upselling revenue each week.
Danat Hotels & Resorts is the upscale hotel division of the National Corporation of Tourism and Hotels (NCT&H). Nor1’s upsell solutions have helped hoteliers generate more than $500 million dollars in ancillary revenue worldwide, according to the company.
Danat Hotels & Resorts interfaces with Nor1’s eStandby system via the SynXis booking engine, and the Nor1/Micros two-way interface. The two-way interface provides other operational efficiencies, according to the company, since guest upgrades are automatically awarded and guest status updated via the properties’ property management system.
