FAYETTEVILLE, NC— The owners of the Quality Inn East on Interstate 95 have bought the Ramada Inn and the Ramada Limited from Bill Jariwala for $5.1 million. Dharam Singla and Mukesh Desai entered the hotel market in 2003 when they bought the Quality Inn. They bought the property from Tar Heel Lodging Inc. for $2.4 million. The pair bought both of the Ramada hotels April 6. The Ramada Inn on Eastern Boulevard has 130 rooms, and it sold for $2.2 million, according to the deed. Jariwala bought the hotel in November 1994 for $1 million. The Ramada Limited has 88 rooms, and it sold for $2.9 million, according to the deed. It is near exit 49 on Cedar Creek Road near Interstate 95.
