LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA— Two hotels, accounting for 300-400 guestrooms, are planned for the Loudon Parkway Center, scheduled to break ground here this year. The mixed-use project, which is located close to Dulles International Airport, is being developed by Akridge Development, according to press reports. The projects main component will consist of 2.4 million square feet of commercial space. The projected cost is $600 million. No decision has yet been made on the hotels price point of brand affiliation.
