OAHU, HI—Guests can now bypass the front desk at the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore here after the luxury resort implemented Maestro’s iPad Xpress Check-In, which allows front-desk staff to meet guests at the curb, and walk them to their ocean-facing rooms.
Maestro’s mobile iPad solution is fully integrated with Maestro PMS and updated in real time to perform all aspects of front-office functionality and service.
Maestro PMS worked with the It Just Works Software company to develop the iPad Xpress Check-In solution.
Victoria Solis, director of guest services for the 452-room resort, stated, “Maestro’s iPad wireless solution provides our team with the perfect opportunity to personalize a guest’s arrival experience. We give guests a fun island greeting at check-in as we walk them across the property.”
Turtle Bay Resort offers almost five miles of beachfront and also features two landscaped pools, championship golf courses by Fazio and Palmer, tennis courts, horseback riding, hiking and mountain bike trails, a surf center, dining and shopping.
