NEW YORK— The Trump Organization, the Sapir Group and Bayrock Group are jointly developing a $410-million, five-star, luxury hotel condominium here in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood. Carlton Advisory Services has been retained by the group to arrange about $310 million in senior construction debt and $62 million in mezzanine/preferred equity financing for the project. Called Trump Soho, the development will be located at the intersection of Spring and Varick streets. The project is expected to begin before the end of this year. Upon completion, the 42-story, 385,000-square foot building will contain 413 rooms in studio and one-bedroom layouts. Half of the units will be sold as hotel condominiums. The property will also feature a spa. Handel Architects designed the building.
