WHITE PLAINS, NY— Raymond Troubh has retired from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwides board of directors. On the board since 1999, Troubh, a financial consultant and former governor of the American Stock Exchange, has reached the companys mandatory retirement age. “Starwood benefited tremendously from Rays wisdom and experience during what was a vital and active period for the company, said Barry Sternlicht, Starwood chairman/CEO. Starwoods Board of Directors is composed of 11 members who are each elected for a three-year term. Starwood plans to nominate a replacement for Troubh to maintain the size of the companys board at 11 members.
