CHICAGO— TravelCLICK, a provider of digital media and data solutions for the travel industry, announced it has developed eTRAK, a quarterly benchmarking report that allows hotel chains to track booking performance on the Internet. The eTRAK report will enable hotel chains to measure their Internet booking growth from specific sites, and compare their own performance versus their direct competitors, and the industry in general. Additionally, the unique information contained in eTRAK will help hotel companies decide e-commerce priorities such as where to invest their Internet advertising dollars, and which sites create the best returns. Upon the first release in December, eTRAK will incorporate Internet booking performance for Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Radisson, Fairmont, Choice, and other hotel chains. The report will be introduced with third quarter data, and will also review year-over-year trends.
