Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Downtown Manhattan/World Trade Center
A 192-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in New York City has opened at 100 Greenwich St. The Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Downtown Manhattan/World Trade Center will operate as a Marriott franchise managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts of Fairfax, VA. It will have access to local attractions, such as One World Trade Center, Wall Street, Battery Park, Times Square and Central Park.
In the lobby area, the living area’s focal points include a natural stone hearth, organic-shaped sofa and lounge chair and local features. There is also a 24/7 Corner Market. Additional hotel amenities include a fitness center, valet laundry service, complimentary WiFi, as well as fax and copy services.
The Whitley, a Luxury Collection Hotel
The Whitley, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has debuted, situated in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. Owned by Host Hotels and Resorts, and officially rebranding from The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, The Whitley joins a growing ensemble of more than 100 Luxury Collection hotels and resorts around the world.
The 507-room property introduces a newly renovated restaurant, bar and Legacy Ballroom that includes 14-ft. ceilings, crystal chandeliers, a wall of windows and private alfresco terrace. Future enhancements include a guestroom renovation, a refresh of public spaces and an upgraded arrival experience.
The hotel’s 56 luxe suites range in size from 720 to 1,800 sq. ft., with every room offering a spacious living area. The Whitley Club Level offers an exclusive experience with curated touches like chef-created breakfasts and a complimentary nightcap before bed. All rooms provide access to the spa and fitness center.
Residence Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville
The 111-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Collegeville, PA, is slated to open today. Located at 500 Campus Dr., the all-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by SSN Hotels of Wilmington, DE.
Located inside the Providence Corporate Center and 35 miles from Philadelphia International Airport, the Residence Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville is proximate to Valley Forge National Historical Park, King of Prussia Mall, Philadelphia Premium Outlets and historic downtown Philadelphia.
Residence Inn properties are designed as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
