DENVER— Three members of the board of directors of On Command Corp. have resigned. They include Richard Goldstein, Carl Vogel and Gary Wilson. “In light of todays challenging U.S. economic conditions, the directors cited their need to increase focus on their executive capacities at their respective companies,” said Gary Howard, evp/CFO-Liberty Media Corp. and chairman of the board for On Command Corp., which provides in-room interactive services, business information and guest services for hotels. “On Command has benefited from their expertise and we sincerely appreciate the time and energy they have put into the business.” Goldstein is senior managing director-Alpine Capital LLC; Vogel is president CEO-Charter Communications, Inc.; and Wilson is chairman of the board of NWA, Inc., parent of Northwest Airlines. On Command is conducting a search for replacements.
