ATLANTA— Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, a hotel real estate firm, announced it represented a South American Private Family in the disposition of the Cape Cod Inn located in Gainesville, FL for an undisclosed sum. The hotel opened in 1990 and is located within one mile of the University of Florida Campus and Shands Teaching Hospital. The property was sold to a first-time hotel owner. Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC was instrumental in locating a Small Business Administration (SBA) Loan for the acquisition.
