ATLANTA—Following the completion of multiple high-profile projects—The Palace Hotel and Novotel Times Square, and a resort on the coast of Florida—The John Hardy Group has named Rob Willis the managing director of its New York office.

Willis has spent more two decades in hospitality and development, including four years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. “The John Hardy Group is known for evaluating property assets and revitalizing buildings into high-value investments, a process that we closely manage to minimize time and budget expenditures,” stated Willis. “Our position in New York allows us to work with hotels and brands that live at the top of the market, representing their interests.”

The John Hardy Group has also promoted three from within the organization as Brenda Hilgers, Brent Hardy and Michael Lee have all been named senior project directors.

“As our portfolio of high-profile work expands, we’ve put an emphasis on positioning top talent throughout the country,” said John Hardy, the CEO and president of The John Hardy Group.

In 2014, The John Hardy Group will look to open an office in Los Angeles with Brent Hardy at the helm. The firm is already operating out of Atlanta, New York City and Paris.
