SAN DIEGO–Developer Steve Rebeil of 5th Avenue Partners has announced the near phase-one completion of THE DIEGAN, a five-star luxury condominium-hotel here. The 23-story building, located at 1047 Fifth Avenue in downtown San Diego, is scheduled to top off by mid-May 2007, with more than half of the 185 condo-hotel residences already sold. Scheduled for completion by the end of 2007, The Diegan will offer 161 luxury rooms and suites and 24 penthouses ranging from 400 to 2,700-square-feet, at prices starting in the high $400,000s to $3.8 million.
