BERKELEY SPRINGS, WV—The Country Inn, a historic hotel and spa next to Berkeley Springs State Park in West Virginia, has foreclosed, and it will be auctioned.
The announcement came from AmeriBid LLC, along with Hurley Auctions. The 65-room property features a restaurant, bar and full-service spa. The auction will take place at 12:00 PM EDT on August 28, 2013.
